Great out of the box. Looks nice and for its small wattage is quite a good sound.But don’t expect more than 4, maybe at the utter limit 5 months life from this product.This is my second Trust speaker of this type .. no more … First, the pair start to day 59 days in (power intermittently going), day 60 onward volume levels are drifting yet the [physical dial is not being touched and randomly the power will cut out, on day 50 its got so bad I now can’t use the speakers.Thought one product, a rare factory fault maybe, no worries it’ll never happen again.Well, the second pair of speakers and the same identical faults and frequency.I’m now using a friend’s spare speakers as replacements.Fair low-cost products should not automatically mean zero product life.

These are easy to use, just plug into a laptop or computer. They work via USB and an audio plug. The sound is good, the bass too. The reason for four stars not five is that there is no option to control the stero balance, and the speaker with the volume control (which also controls the second speaker) always seems louder than the second speaker. But for the price, these are good value for money.
