Iโm over the moon with this beard balm.Iโve been lucky enough to review a lot of beard itemโs especially balms, butters and oils some totally horrific and some very good this falls into the bracket of very good in my opinion.It does everything a good beard balm should do, it blends into the beard very well once warmed in the palms and massaged in, it leaves the beard soft for a great length of time with no beard itch, itโs a nice size tub and a little goes along way and the scent is fantastic like an expensive cologne and it lasts, thereโs also a choice of scents.I believe the price is a great level that all good beard balms should be at and I fully recommend and give it 5 stars throughout give it a go you wonโt be disappointed.

I ordered this for my son, his beard isn’t too long but is fairly bushy – this balm helps to shape and smooth the hair so it sits more neatly. The smell is pleasant and not overpowering, so he is not conscious of it after it has been applied and rubbed in. Helps to keep his beard smooth and well groomed – not much is needed at a time, so the jar will last him a long time.

This is a decent beard balm that smells great!It comes in a tub with a screw top lid and a little goes a long way. Once warmed up in your hands it sinks into your beard leaving hair feeling soft, nourished and smelling great.I have a short – medium beard and for me it’s the perfect addition to my daily routine to keep my beard looking it’s best. It doesn’t provide much hold so if your after a styling product I would look elsewhere but as a balm for beard care it’s great.Love it – 5 stars – recommended!

I don’t know how this company does it, but whatever it is, they need to continue doing it. Comes in a little screw top tub, nothing over the top and flashy – just understated and smart – the same as other products from the same company I’ve tried. The tobacco and vanilla scent – I find it warm and comforting – but makes my wife ‘hungry’ (for food I might add). On application, I find it best to rub everything in, and as it’s absorbed, you can feel it sink in and you can feel any initial greasy feeling completely disappear – and it seems to thicken the beard up and makes it easier to calm down and style – just remember not to over do things – a little goes a long way. Top notch stuff!

I have a medium-length beard, which until now I’ve kept with beard oil. A friend recommended I try beard butter instead, which I did, but I also got some of this beard balm to try.As with the Beard and Bones butter product, first impressions were good – it’s the same good-quality packaging and branding. As with the butter, the same 6 scents are available – I went with Billion, at random. I like the scent; it’s very warm and spicy. It reminds me of an eau de toilette I used to use way back, Joop!, I think. Some may feel it’s bordering on being a little too feminine though.Where the butter felt like coconut oil in my hands, this felt more like a wax. I can see how this would be particularly excellent for more “structural” facial hair, like big moustaches. At least for me, this seems to work just as well as the butter, coating hairs nicely and keeping them where I want them.I really like Beard and Bones’ products. After using beard oil for years, I decided I’m switching to either their butter or balm, just haven’t decided which yet!
