Gorgeous photos of beautiful flowers, full of ideas, just stunning. Sarah Raven’s seed catalogues are always a work of gardening art and ti’s book takes it to another level. This year, my garden will be full of pots by necessity as I strip out grass in new home to create flower and planting beds, so this book will provide inspiration and ideas for the whole year.

She synthesises a huge amount of sophisticated information into brilliantly simple recipes, which make it easy for you to design pots to suit your own taste and space – layering up plants based on colour and form as if you were building a tasty salad. And the photography is sumptuous.
