Some of my items were damaged unfortunately so I dropped the seller a message and within 48 hours, they’d responded to me, resolved my issue and my replacements had arrived. Bowls, side plates and cups exactly as described too. They’re lovely!

This item came extremely well packaged in a solid box with very thick bubble wrap, but unfortunately 2 of the cups arrived broken, which I think I was just very unlucky with. I contacted the seller and they immediately offered to send a replacement, and I was very happy with their quick response. The cups themselves are absolutely lovely with a beautiful shape and really nice to drink from. Can’t fault the item or the seller at all.

Arrived quickly and unwrapped in anticipation. Four of the six mugs were perfect but the orange two had a flawed design I was so disappointed.I contacted the seller who was amazing sending out two replacements which arrived 3 days later and didn’t want the other two returned.I now have six fab mugs to match the plates I bought last year.The two I didn’t return I gave to the charity shop couldn’t bring myself to throwing them in the bin!First rate seller hense 5*

We were looking for mugs that hold a reasonable sized brew and also are nice to hold and these mugs are great for that purpose, the design is nice and colourful and I can confirm they are dishwasher and microwave safe, unfortunately one of ours arrived with a small chip and having spoken to customer services they were very helpful and sent out a replacement of that particular design and colour within a couple of days, an added bonus is that there are other things in the same design like teapots plates bowls etc so when it comes to replacing our existing set we can get a dinner service to match,
