The 5 stars is as much for the product as the seller. I bought this for my sister’s birthday and it wasn’t working. Turned out to be a common manufacturer fault (black screen of death) and the returns policy and refund were very straight forward and hassle free. Always a good to thing to be aware of when dealing with a goods or service provider. I was so pleased with the ease of return (and the issue being no fault of the seller) that I bought the replacement here too. Happy to say that the 2nd time around the PS5 is working great.Sidenote, if your fan is slightly loud, especially when reading the disk, check the temperature is ok. Chances are that this is just a feature of the new slim model.Highly recommend this seller. Good prices. Good returns policy. And good product. Not their fault that Sony has some issues to iron out.

While the state of the box it arrived in was less than stellar, having been damaged quite a bit likely in transit (both the Amazon box it was in and evidence of possible drop indentation on the actual console box on the corners), the console itself arrived in working order with no visible damage to any of its components.While I am in the lengthy process of downloading and transferring system data and games, I have had time to review the OS of the system, and while I find that some design decisions are somewhat questionable, such as having the “close game” option hidden behind the start button while highlighting the active application, the general layout and speed of loading, specifically tested with Granblue Fantasy Relink, are significantly faster than the PS4. Which is to be expected I suppose, but being as ignorant as I was before purchasing, I wasn’t quite expecting such a significant upgrade.I had delayed my desire to own a PS5 for a long while in part due to the sheer difficulty of sourcing one when they first came out and due to the lack of games that were interesting me at the time, but I believe had I actually looked into what the console offered, specifically backwards compatibility with it’s PS4 library, I very well may have made an attempt at obtaining one sooner.All in all, I am quite pleased by my purchase and I am looking forward to when it is done downloading my games so that I can enjoy my gaming experience to the fullest.

Arrived safely would definitely recommend it not much smaller than the original , would recommend buying a usb fan for back and a cooling stand as will keep your ps5 slim cooler.

I’m 72 years old,not a gamer at all,the only consoles l bought were for my kids,who are all grown up now,the wi console was a good one and l like playing golf against them,so l thought to myself why not get up to date with tech,so l splashed out on this one,seeing as a prime member l can get it for £389,the first game l bought,yes ea championship golf for reduced price of £20,l must say it’s complicated but not all the time you can choose to play a match straightaway which is good,can’t wait to play against grandchildren now,also bought harry potter just for them,but me really,would recommend, technology has improved no end
