Only negative is that I would recommend that the instructions be in English to set it up. Not everyone speaks Italian. Had to use a translator app to understand what it said. Came really quickly and altogether. No missing pieces and live playing on it

I bought this because my old PS4 (the original model) had become extremely loud despite cleaning and buying external cooling fans, it was deafening and would make my ears ring after a short use, it would also frequently overheat and shut down.The ‘new’ one came a day early and the transfer of my old data was easy and quite fast, when first used I thought I had gone deaf due to how quiet it was, am now enjoying call of duty vanguard with no deafening fan noise, no need to increase the volume on my TV in order to hear the game above the jet engine preparing to take off noise.very pleased and recommend the seller.
