I bought this for my 92 year old grandmother to help her keep her legs moving seeing as walking any distance is difficult. I also used it for a few days before giving it to her and we only have positive things to say about it.1) The display is simple, giving the information needed (time, distance, speed). We did not need this to talk to a smart watch or do anything more complicated.2) It comes fully assembled, and ready to go. A plastic tab just needs to be pulled to activate the display battery.3) While using it, we found no slippage on wood floors. The unit stays in place.4) The tension levels are good for what we needed it for. It goes from 1 to 8 and my grandmother is using it on 1 or 2 (while I used 5 or 6). At this level, my grandmother often uses it 3 times a day for about 15 minutes each time. I imagine if you are a serious athlete, this machine may not be challenging enough.5) The noise level is quite low. Using it while watching TV was not distracting at all.6) My grandmother feels it is helping work the muscles around her knees and is helping the range of motion in her ankles.7) A replacement display battery is included with the manual in case it runs out which is helpful.8) The machine weighs about 25 pounds and has a solid handle which made it easy for me to move.

踏み込み式が重く且つ怖いという両親の足の筋肉を鍛えられる何か良い器具はないかと思い探していて、アメリカの高齢者が絶賛いているこちらにたどり着いた。結果、動かし方にコツがいるようで最初は全然動かせなかったが、慣れたら時間があれば動かしている。以前は歩き方がヨボヨボで心配になるぐらいだったが、ももの筋肉が付いたのか歩き方が遠目で見てわかるぐらい変化した。(本人曰く、膝の痛みも少なくなったらしい) 今後様子を見てemsなどにもチャレンジさせてみたい。

Got this after my husband had knee surgery – – and it is just perfect. Good size, good weight, good range of motion, good price point and quiet. We were able to set it up in an easy place for him to access (came with the needed batteries!) – and it has a handle that allows me to move it around/out of way easily too. He just needs it for little timeframes now – 5-10 minutes several times a day during recovery – but it has adjustable tension settings and stays in place, so I feel like we both will be utilizing it going forward. Not a substitute for a full size elliptical workout but that is not what it is. It is a really solid ‘peddler’ model and we would recommend to anyone who is looking for this type of machine.

As my husband has Parkinson’s, along with other health issues, I felt this would be good for him to get some exercise and stimulate his feet. I also felt it would be beneficial for me as I am a full-time caregiver and unable to get out for an exercise program.It is very sturdy and well made, along with being very quiet and easy to use. I preferred the long pedals that this elliptical machine has versus the smaller ones with the straps over the foot that other machines offer.As we are seniors, in our 70’s, we find it very heavy to move around as we do not have a designated spot to store it – rather we slide it under furniture. Of course when we want to use it, we have to drag it out from underneath the furniture which is challenging as I have back issues.Highly recommend, but caution its weight. I have ordered a furniture dolly with casters which I hope will help with the moving of this machine.

I love it! I’m not capable of walking because of my balance. So I figured this might help and it has! It is heavy, for me that is, so I had to decide where to place it so I wouldn’t have to move it. Make sure the chair you sit on will not move cause you need to push the pedals hard. I’m 74 and I usually give it a start by pedaling backwards then I go forward. It’s just easier for me. It’s worth the money! Don’t feel bad if you stop along the way. Just start it again. Keep at it you’ll get better. Mine does not make noise. Do just 5 minutes the first time. You will feel it in your calfs and hips the next day not your knees. It’s a great machine. You dont need electricity and it’s ready right after taking out of the box. No need to put it together. No tools required. Awesome pc of exercise machine. It is heavy, so decide where to put it first
