    Very happy with this. I’ve been a vegetarian for forty years and it’s disappointing when you buy a book that looks exciting and find the same old stuff! This has lots of ideas that are new to me. Particularly like the variety of cultural influences and the way she acknowledges ideas that come from her friends and colleagues. I need something to pep up my enthusiasm in the kitchen – this might be it!

    I bought this book a couple of days ago and we have made 3 recipes – the garlic and ginger pickle broth, the black bean nasi goreng and the traybake lemon dal. All outrageously delicious. I will say that, I am an accomplished cook and there are often quite a few ingredients and it does take longer than I expected to make these things. I’m not dissuaded by this and will continue to make as much as I can from this (time permitting). Absolutely stunning recipes – I will definitely be purchasing all of Anna’s books off the back of how good this one is.
