This hard back book is nicely bound and of good quality. The photographs and recipes are excellent and easily followed. I like the initial information it gives on air frying, explaining the pre-heating and shake functions and explaining when to use them. The section on frozen foods is particularly useful as I think most people start with these sort of foods to get used to the machine.Of course there are trial and errors in using an air fryer but the timings given in this book mean the errors are less likely and easily remedied.I have used a Cosori air fryer for over a year and recently purchased the dual zone model which is more versatile and allows the cooking of more than one item, so I decided to invest in a couple of cook books. This one has certainly proved its worth and I would recommend it.

A new comer to Air Fryers, explained in detail, starts you off with basic easy recipes. Clear photographs. Clear useful advice.

I was a complete novice at using an air fryer when I purchased mine, but I was determined to get the best use possible from it so invested in a couple of cook books and this one was by far the best. It’s really comprehensive and gives a good overall guide to cooking with your air fryer. It was by far the best cookbook from the batch I ordered. It gives a good guide to different temperatures and cooking times comparing conventional cooking times with an air fryer.I have found it extremely useful and bought a copy for a friend of mine who like me purchased an air fryer without having a clue about cooking in it. It’s helped us both immensely and I would. Really recommend it.

Excellent recipe book, with practical information about the actual air fryers, as a novice to using an air fryer, I bought this at the same time as I bought the air fryer and I found this a great help. While I’ve not had it long, I have tried numerous recipes as I get used to the new way of cooking. For me, it is brilliant and I would recommend it.

Great book. I’m new to air frying and this has helped me get a good understanding of the versatility of the appliance. The book itself is high quality, pictures and print are very clear. The instructions are easy to follow and the list of ingredients is manageable for a busy household. After one week of owning it I’ve made six meals from the book and each one was delicious. You can tell every recipe is tested and well thought out. Great to get back into cooking after becoming lazy with processed foods and the like.

I first bought a Phillips air fryer in 2012 and never looked back, couldn’t live without one. I recently upgraded to a Ninja Flexdraw as having arthritis I’m unable to bend to use my oven any longer and it’s a life changer. I can use a lot of my tins and dishes that I used in the oven but felt that some new ideas and updated recipes were a must. This book is excellent, I’ve learned new things and the recipes are a good starting point to adapt to my own tastes. Website is useful too. Looking forward to the new book.

This book, unlike many others on this subject, starts with the basics, e.g. a full English breakfast. Most books seem to think that “If you have an Airfryer, then you know how to convert frozen food oven/microwave times and temperatures into Airfare times and temperatures – this book at least gives you some advice on how to convert the information. It also tells you how to do simple meals right through to quite complex ones. Many people purchase ready meals from the major stores, so I would have liked some examples of air frying some of these instead of having to work out the time and temperatures. Even so, this is the best book I have found to date and, as a widower , it has helped me solve what to have at meal times. A good book.

My airfryer sat unused for over a year =then I found the ‘Recipethis’ website and brilliant couple who also put this brilliant book together. It has èveryday recipes written in a way that is very easy to understand, the book laid out in such a way it’s really easy to find a recipe and also there are great photos of the completed dishes so you can see how they (should😷) look.I first visited their website by accident, I was trying to find a simplerecipe for my ìcecream maker and up popped a link to the recipethis.com website which has recipes for various kitchen gadgets as well as different types of airfryers, download able courses and ĺoads more.PS have now preordered their second book

I love this cookbook! The instructions are clear, with measurements for Americans as well as Brits & others. The ingredients are simple to get together & taste delicious! I’m so glad I bought this book – now I’ll actually use my air fryer!

Well great surprise how simple they try to make the instructions for basic cooking which is exactly what I wanted. Good intro about air fryers also and cooking times depending on power and size of air fryer. Tried 2 or three recipes now and it fits nicely by the air fryer for quick reference. Just need to get a cover to wipe off when cooking 😉
