1. Two types of product listing
GizaVerma lists both third-party Amazon products and, when launched, products sold directly by GizaVerma. The seller is identified on the product page and/or buying button.
Amazon product: bought from Amazon or the seller identified on Amazon.
GizaVerma product: bought from Alan Victor Services Ltd trading as GizaVerma through gizaverma.com.
2. Amazon product details can change
For Amazon products, descriptions on GizaVerma may be written by us for discovery purposes. Amazon’s current page should be checked before purchase for:
- exact seller;
- current price;
- stock and availability;
- delivery information;
- specifications, compatibility and variants;
- warranty or guarantee information; and
- current product images and packaging.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, GizaVerma does not claim that Amazon prices, images, stock or specifications on our Site are live or automatically updated.
3. Illustrations
Some Amazon listings may use original GizaVerma drawings or artwork rather than copying Amazon product photographs.
Where this happens, the image is labelled “Illustration · real photos on Amazon”.
An illustration may simplify or stylise shape, scale, colour, packaging or accessories. It must not be treated as a representation that every visual detail is exact. The real product images and seller description on Amazon should be checked before purchase.
4. GizaVerma products
For our own products, we aim to ensure that descriptions, material information, sizing and images are accurate and not misleading.
Screen settings can affect colour display. Where measurements are approximate, this will be stated or apparent from the context.
Any legally required textile composition, product-safety, warning or traceability information will be provided in the form required for the relevant product and market.
5. Reviews, opinions and suitability
Any recommendation, ranking or opinion on the Site is general. Product suitability depends on the individual customer’s needs and intended use.
For safety-critical, medical, protective, electrical, children’s or otherwise regulated products, rely on the manufacturer’s/seller’s current instructions and legal product information rather than a general summary on this Site.
6. Consumer rights
Nothing in this Disclaimer reduces statutory rights relating to goods that GizaVerma sells directly.
