Our commitment
GizaVerma wants gizaverma.com to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technology.
We use recognised accessibility guidance, including WCAG, as a practical benchmark for improvement. We do not currently claim that the whole Site fully conforms to a particular WCAG level unless and until appropriate testing supports that claim.
What we aim to do
We aim to:
- use clear headings and readable text;
- provide meaningful text alternatives for important images where appropriate;
- maintain reasonable colour contrast;
- support keyboard use for key shopping and navigation tasks;
- label forms and controls clearly;
- avoid relying only on colour to communicate essential information; and
- make important legal and customer-service information available in text.
Known limitations
The Site uses WordPress, WooCommerce and third-party services or content. Some components may not yet meet every accessibility expectation.
We will prioritise problems that block access to important functions such as product information, navigation, contact, basket and checkout.
Need information in another format?
If you have difficulty accessing information or need reasonable help using the Site, email support@gizaverma.com.
Please tell us:
- the page or feature you were trying to use;
- what problem occurred;
- the browser/device or assistive technology you were using, if you are comfortable sharing it; and
- the format or adjustment that would help.
We will try to provide a reasonable alternative where we can.
Reporting an accessibility problem
Email support@gizaverma.com with the subject “Accessibility”.
We will acknowledge and investigate accessibility reports within a reasonable time. We do not promise a fixed response time until an operational service level has been formally adopted.
Review
We will update this statement as the Site changes and as accessibility testing is completed.
