Hand the boring computer jobs to a script. Tidy Toolkit is a set of eight Python scripts for everyday file chores: tidy a messy Downloads folder by type, rename hundreds of files at once, find duplicate files, sort photos into dated folders using the date they were taken, make dated zip backups, see what is using your disk space, combine monthly CSV exports into one file, and undo earlier moves. Every script previews changes first, never deletes or overwrites anything, and keeps an undo log. A simple menu lets non-programmers run them by answering questions. Needs only Python 3.
